Icing for Recovery & Healing

Taking care of knee, Elvow, shoulders etc. after games, practices and/or shower/bathing
Improve healing processs, Reduce inflammation, swelling & soreness, Prevent injuries
and faster recovery.

Use ice packs and towels,adjust the temperature 58-60 degF on the skin.
It should not be too cold. Please avoid frostbite from the icing. 
Put the ice packs on for 20 min. Or remove immediately, if you feel uncomfortableness.
Leave the ice packs off from the place taken care, for 30 min.
Repeat ice packs on for 20 min and off for 30 min, if necessary. 

There are alternation of hot and cold method. Which is very good for blood circulation, but DO NOT DO "HOT AND COLD" WHILE YOU HAVE INFLAMMATION AND PAIN. It would get worse.
